We do not have a strict dress code, but we do encourage our guests to dress smartly for the occasion. We want our diners to feel comfortable and confident while enjoying our Spanish cuisine in a sophisticated atmosphere.

Is there a bar area available for guests?
Yes, we have two bars available for our guests to enjoy. Our ground floor bar is open in the afternoon and serves a variety of wines and beers. Our 19th-floor bar opens at 5PM and offers stunning views of the city, and serves a variety of cocktails, wines, and beers. Both bars are a great place to relax and unwind. Is there a gift card option available for purchase?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift cards for purchase.

Are there any discounts or promotions for hotel guests?
We offer various promotions and discounts throughout the year, so please check our website, or contact us directly to inquire about any current offers. Additionally, hotel guests may receive special perks and discounts, so be sure to let us know if you are staying in the hotel.

Yes, we do offer room service for our hotelguests. To place an order, please use the phone in your room to call our staff. You can enjoy our delicious Spanish cuisine in the comfort of your room, while taking in the stunning views of the city. Our room service menu offers a variety of dishes and beverages, and we are happy to accommodate any special requests or dietary restrictions.


Where do I park when visiting Cielo?
There is a ParkBee parking garage just 2 minutes away from our restaurant. The elevator will take you directly to the lobby of the hotel. We recommend using this parking garage for your convenience.

How do I reach Cielo with public transport?
Getting to Cielo by public transport is easy and convenient. Our restaurant is located just 200 meters from the Amsterdam Zuid train and metro station.


From Amsterdam Zuid station: It will only take you around 2 minutes to reach Cielo from the station. Simply exit the station at Zuidplein, take a right, and walk for 200 meters to reach our restaurant.

From Amsterdam Central station: You can take metro line 52 in the direction of “Zuid” directly to Amsterdam Zuid Station. It will take around 11 minutes to reach the station. Once you arrive, exit the station at Zuidplein, take a right, and walk for 200 meters to reach our restaurant.

From Amsterdam Amstel station: Take metro line 51 in the direction of “Sloterdijk” directly to Amsterdam Zuid Station. It will take around 8 minutes to reach the station. Once you arrive, exit the station at Zuidplein, take a right, and walk for 200 meters to reach our restaurant.

Please note that halal options are only available by special request and must be arranged in advance.

Is there a children’s menu available?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a dedicated children’s menu at Cielo. However, we welcome families and our staff is happy to suggest menu items that may be suitable for children.

Yes, we do offer pre-fixed menus for groups starting from 9 guests.
